How the tour request works

When you select Request My Tour, the form submits your details through FormSubmit for delivery to contact@hindsdaycare.com. You do not need to open an email app. We then contact you to discuss care options and arrange a tour. Submitting a request does not reserve a care spot or confirm a tour.

What to include

Please share only the information needed to discuss care: your contact details, your child’s age, and the schedule you need. You do not need to provide a child’s full name, medical records, or other sensitive documents in this form.

Form delivery

FormSubmit processes your contact details and the other information you enter to deliver your request by email. FormSubmit retains submissions for 30 days. Please review FormSubmit’s privacy policy for its handling of this information. If you prefer, you may email or call us directly.

Outside services

The map is provided by Google Maps. The website also links to Google reviews, Instagram, and Facebook. These services operate under their own privacy policies. Opening or interacting with them may share technical information with those services.
